To place things in the proper position, or to move them to-better place, or to give them-better environment in-dream means commanding what is good and forbidding what is evil. To downgrade things by placing them in an unfitting environment in-dream means the opposite, or it could mean bartering good for evil, or unjustly depreciating and devaluating an object.
